Congratulations to Jillian Stanton of First Unitarian Church of Dallas and Joseph Oliphant of Horizon Unitarian in Carrollton, 2024 awardees of the Ned Fritz Scholarship, funded by Genie Fritz.
Jillian will be attending Wellesley with a focus on Environmental Sciences and Joseph will be attending University of North Texas with a focus on Environmentally Responsible Construction.
The Fritz Scholarship was created in 2012 by Genie Fritz to continue the work of Ned Fritz and is for graduating seniors in our North Texas UU congregations. Applications are accepted from January through April each year. More on the scholarship.
